Job Description: |
Summary 1.Guiding the local HR team in all HR operations and staff-related activities ensuring they are in compliance to Corporate HR’s direction; 2.Support and implement HR projects that will enable the development of human talents in the school; 3. Oversee and manage the efficiency and effective delivery of the full spectrum of human resources functions in school including recruitment & employment, compensation & benefit, HR policies and procedures, employee relationships, training & development, performance management, succession planning, talent management and employee services; 4.Provide strategic advice to local leaders on school’s development and all people issues that may affect the school ; 5.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders; 6. Safeguarding the Foundation’s vision, mission and values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1.Familiarize self with the Foundation’s P&O and modeling a behavior/character that is in consistent with foundation’s P&O; 2.Support Corp HR for whole process of C&B design, starting from C&B Surveys, C&B Benchmarking, C&B structuring and C&B proposal to local leaders; 3.Support Corp HR for conducting Job Analysis and Job Design to ensure relevance of each position in the school and to reduce duplication of functions; 4.Support Corp HR for the design and update of Performance Management System that is in consistent with Foundation’s P & O and future development. 5.Compile the annual local HR Budget in school for GM(SO)’s approval; 6.Compiling monthly staffing cost data and payroll for GM(SO)’s approval; 7.Review and updated the HR Operation Manual periodically according to changes in relevant process and procedures; 8. Monitoring the HR headcount and staffing cost including but not limited to submitting the “Headcount Report”, “Actual Monthly Staffing Report” to local leader and Corp HR on monthly basis;. 9.Compile the Staffing Cost Budget for the school on annual basis by coordinating with local leaders and submit to Corp HR; 10.Keep abreast of local market intelligence and endure all HR policies comply with the local law. 11.Write and deliver presentations to employees regarding human resources policies and practices; 12.Manage and coordinate the recruitment of local & expatriate staff including job advertising, selection, offer & contracting preparation, work visa & residence permit application and all related process & procedure. 13.Coordinate staff activities, such as New Staff Orientation, New Staff Retreat, Staff-related events, etc. 14.Coordinate and give advice for all staff disciplinary issues; 15.Provide professional advice and answer for all HR related issues from all parties |
